Helen S. Garland(nee Shultz) died Monday Novemeber 22, 2010 in her Angola home, she was 90. Beloved wife of the late Gordon E. Garland; daughter of the late Clarence(Jessie Waterman) Shultz. Loving mother figure of Philip(Roseann)VanKoughnet. Cousin of Barry McRae, Susan(Brian) Kellogg,Carol(James) Freer and Dianne Gilligan. Friends may call Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME,INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola,NY. Services will be held Friday, November 26, 2010, at 10AM in The First Congregational United Church of Christ. NO THURSDAY VISITATION. Helen was a member of the O.E.S. Angola Chapter 184, serving as Past Matron,Chaplin and Grand Chaplin. She served on the Lake Shore Central School Board for 10 years, where she worked for 52 years.
